
It's so easy to organize and build a case with all the options that are available. If there's any issues, I like that you can easily message for support and it is addressed immediately. Updating information on a case is also a walk in the park. I like the customization option of organizing the side panel to organize the tabs in an order that best work for everyone. Also, I do enjoy the AI component when you send a text to a client so you can fine tune your responses and be more clear in communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
