CarPanel Reviews & Product Details

CarPanel is a management software for auto body shops and mobile body repairers in France. Technicians photograph the damage, AI suggests the repair operations, and prices are calculated from the shop's own rate grid — the AI never sets a price. The quote is sent to the customer's phone and accepted online. From there, everything follows: technician and bay scheduling, parts ordering and stock, before/after photos as evidence for insurance experts, invoicing at payment, and tracking of insurer settlements. CarPanel is also a consumer app where drivers get a free photo-based repair estimate, and these requests are offered to nearby registered shops. Free account with no time limit and no credit card, plus 14 days of the Pro plan at sign-up; paid plans from €59/month. Limitations: it does not replace the estimating systems required by insurers (SIDEXA, GT Motive, Audatex) and is used alongside them; accounting is exported as FEC files, without direct sync; France only.
