Caretap is a cloud-based, all-in-one operations and EHR platform built for home care agencies and community-based healthcare providers. From a single secure system, providers manage Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), scheduling, electronic documentation, billing, payroll, analytics, and compliance replacing paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected point tools. **What do you like best about CareTap?**

I admire the customer service and the great EHR. I am able to ask for my specific requirements.

**What do you dislike about CareTap?**

I would like to see the DSM 5 TR built into the system.

**What problems is CareTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Caretap is developing solutions to help service providers stay compliant while also reducing billing challenges and making the process easier to manage.

Customer service is great! I am always able to speak to a live person

We are not able to add any dislikes.  We have been very satisfied with them.

**What problems is CareTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mostly for client/employee records and billing.
