Carestack has changed the DPM software game. I’ve used Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, and Softdent. Carestack has non of the bloat of the traditional DPM software. CareStack is all encompassing. From patient workflows to big picture analytics, they have truly thought out all of the needs of their consumers. With any software, there is a learning curve, but their support and implementation teams are there to help you achieve your goals and use the software to its fullest. We have only been using the software for 3 months, so I would say that the only downside at this time is time. This is such a robust software that we haven't even touched on some of the amazing features of the software.
