Enhanced Efficiency: Patients and staff save time when patient registration and intake procedures are streamlined also easy to implement.
Increased Revenue: Accepting credit cards safely and conveniently can significantly increase revenue collection.
Data-Driven Insights: Useful analytics and patient data may help guide practice choices have very good customer support.

**What do you like best about CareCloud Breeze?**

Breeze gives you a clean, easy to use, practical and convenient experience that makes using it a delight – for patients and staff. We use it everyday. It is so easy to implement for every user. The customer support is always ready to help with any problem that may occur. The integration is also so easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about CareCloud Breeze?**

Nothing, we love it so much. This app is great.

**What do you like best about CareCloud Breeze?**

The user experience of this software is really good and easy. The different color used gives the good and easy use.The software is very mature and with the less response time .

**What do you dislike about CareCloud Breeze?**

The charting section of the patient should be more descriptive and it should also provide the imformation based on prior inputs .

**What problems is CareCloud Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives the one stop solution for the patient information and its diagnose history. It also has some prebuild questionaire which are helpful and time saving tool .

It was user friendly, easy to look pts up without needing the correct spelling of pt name

It was slow, It was time consuming searching through the chart. It was not very organized.

**What do you like best about CareCloud Breeze?**

CareCloud Breeze is easy to use and is of course cloud based as you can tell by the name of the software. 
 You can log in without any complications from a desktop, or laptop in the office or at home.  The CareCloud support is reliable should you have any issues which is a great pro for me.  Additionally I found CareCloud really easy to learn and get the hang of.

**What do you dislike about CareCloud Breeze?**

CareCloud is unable to send claims on demand as well as if you do not complete the pick up on time at 8pm then you will have to wait all the way till the next night. Another small issue with the claims is that in the outbox you can't select as many as you want to change the delivery method. 

**What problems is CareCloud Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track our in office product sales and analyze our revenue which greatly helps our office realize where we need to market better and how we can improve.  Another great benefit of this software is that there are text reminders to patients which is convenient to both us and them.  Additionally the software integrates with Modernizing Medicine which is amazing!
