Care Academy has been wonderful in staying within compliance with state regulations. Care Academy has a variety of classes to offer with different levels to keep employees engaged. Care Academy is one of the best I have found out there for caregivers. The cost is great, material is wonderful and ease of use is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside that I have seen with Care Academy is the fact that it can have glitches so caregivers may have to complete a course more than once. The other issue is we have had trouble connecting it to our platform but once it is, I have heard it will make it even easier for the caregivers to use. I do also think it would be great if Care Academy found a way to incorporate other pieces like games, or questions with a little more interaction for engagement.
