Care Academy has been wonderful in staying within compliance with state regulations. Care Academy has a variety of classes to offer with different levels to keep employees engaged. Care Academy is one of the best I have found out there for caregivers. The cost is great, material is wonderful and ease of use is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CareAcademy? The downside that I have seen with Care Academy is the fact that it can have glitches so caregivers may have to complete a course more than once. The other issue is we have had trouble connecting it to our platform but once it is, I have heard it will make it even easier for the caregivers to use. I do also think it would be great if Care Academy found a way to incorporate other pieces like games, or questions with a little more interaction for engagement. Care Academy is helping our caregivers meet the state mandated education requirement to perform caregiving duties in the state of Oregon. That benefits us by allowing us to keep them employed.
