Care Academy has been wonderful in staying within compliance with state regulations. Care Academy has a variety of classes to offer with different levels to keep employees engaged. Care Academy is one of the best I have found out there for caregivers. The cost is great, material is wonderful and ease of use is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CareAcademy? The downside that I have seen with Care Academy is the fact that it can have glitches so caregivers may have to complete a course more than once. The other issue is we have had trouble connecting it to our platform but once it is, I have heard it will make it even easier for the caregivers to use. I do also think it would be great if Care Academy found a way to incorporate other pieces like games, or questions with a little more interaction for engagement. Care Academy is helping our caregivers meet the state mandated education requirement to perform caregiving duties in the state of Oregon. That benefits us by allowing us to keep them employed. CareAcademy is super user friendly, it is very easy to add/remove new users. I have had lots of positive feedback from our employees on the UI and user experience. I personally like the fact that it makes it so easy to keep us compliant with our licensure. The customer service team is always very responsive when I have questions, and extremely helpful. I use the courses from Care Academy all the time. I have to keep up my CEU's and I like to keep updated and my caregivers updated on homecare issues. What do you dislike about CareAcademy? Some of the courses are too long and there is too much information given to you at one time. There needs to be little quizzes in between when the information is so intense to review the information you have just read.
