The service from Care Character, Damien in particular, has been second to none. We use the assessment after a pre-screen call to decide whether we will progress to the interview stage. If the outcomes have been close after the interview process, it can also be used to determine whether to hire. In the last year, we have seen an increase in the number of offers of employment we issue and a reduction in the number of interviews. This saves time for interviewing, and we still get a better outcome. We are also seeing overall better retention figures.
The assessment process is very easy to use, and thanks to the recent integration with our ATS, it has become even simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
