I really like being able to text my clients without having to give out my personal number, and I love that I can use my own mobile phone to see the application. The user interface is smooth and I understand how to set up the messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the app logs me out and does not save the password, so I have to enter it every time. Also sometimes the app refuses to run in the background so it's stuck on my screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to give out our main office land line and having customers across different managers being able to text customers. We can route incoming texts to certain managers while the customers can text the one main line. Each manager doesn't have to give out their personal cell phone to text people. Managing the data is a pain when we keep adding users but that is not their issue it is more of an issue of us growing. If people sign up using our form sometimes we have to route the first text to the specific manager but once that is done it is set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I thought was most helpful was how easy the website was to use and understand, especially for someone who is not very tech savy! So, great product I would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am very new to using this site but still have not found one thing I wasn't crazy about. So far it's been smooth sailing. Maybe after using it for some time I would be able to list things I could see improvement for but for now all is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
