system glitches , hides converations until you send a message very nerve wrecking

everything! system does not give accurate info

they solve every problme in a timely manner and respond quickly to your needs .

**What do you like best about Captivated?**

I really like being able to text my clients without having to give out my personal number, and i love that i can use my own mobile phone to see the application. The user interface is smooth and I understand how to set up the messages.

**What do you dislike about Captivated?**

Sometimes the app logs me out and does not save the password, so I have to enter it every time. Also sometimes the app refuses to run in the background so its stuck on my screen

**What problems is Captivated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are not many applications that smoothly allow you to contact so many people at once and for the business side, it is very beneficial as I can massively reach people as needed.

**What do you like best about Captivated?**

Being able to give out our main office land line and having customers across different managers being able to text customers.  We can route incoming texts to certain managers while the customers can text the one main line.  Each manager doesn't have to give out their personal cell phone to text people.  Plus you can text from your computer and not just your phone.

**What do you dislike about Captivated?**

Managing the data is a pain when we keep adding users but that is not their issue it is more of an issue of us growing.  If people sign up using our form sometimes we have to route the first text to the specific manager but once that is done it is set.

**Recommendations to others considering Captivated:**

Please check this out if you are looking for a text solution or customer support solution.  They have other features for other types of businesses too.

**What problems is Captivated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to give out personal cell phone numbers to customers but offering text. Texting customers when there is something important is beneficial since people read texts quicker than emails.

**What do you like best about Captivated?**

What I thought was most helpful was how easy the website was to use and understand, especially for someone who is not very tech savy! So, great product I would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Captivated?**

I am very new to using this site but still have not found one thing I wasn't crazy about. So far it's been smooth sailing. Maybe after using it for some time I would be able to list things I could see improvement for but for now all is good!

**What problems is Captivated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with customers and not having to give out my personal phone number so this makes time management so much better. It has increased performance so much that it's way easier to connect through text and a lot easier to reach people.
