**What do you like best about Captaloans?**

Captaloans is very simple and easy to use as compared to other CRM tools.
It does everything necessary to handle client workflow.
The technical team of captaloans is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Captaloans?**

I don't think there is any major flaw right now in this software.
However it wouldn't hurt to have a high functioning chat system and sometimes I feel notes are not details enough.

**What problems is Captaloans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us to centralize the documentation that normally comes with doing loan modifications.
It allowed us to track and have trigger dates which is essential in staying on top of your files

**What do you like best about Captaloans?**

what I like about this system is the facility that we can efficiently manage our client's loans, loans modifications, etc., and provide a 15-day trial without a fee.

**What do you dislike about Captaloans?**

there is not too much that we dislike about the system for now. everything good.

**What problems is Captaloans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have been working with loan modification and the benefit that I have from Captaloan is that the program is internet-based which means that I can use it wherever I want, if any client contacts me for some information or follow up on their cases I don't need to be at my office to provide this information.
