I can't identify anything to like. **What do you dislike about CampBrain?** 1. It is error-prone, throwing terminal, uninformative errors during checkout process that require reloads that put users back at the end of the queue, and then still doesn't work. No option to update cart or account to try to work around error. 2. Cannot process simple orders. Just hangs. Doesn't matter if the device is a Mac or a PC or a Phone. Chrome or Safari. 3. It cannot handle load. During busy registration periods, potential users are simply told to wait 4. 3 hours wasted fighting with the website. Zero registrations completed. 2 new accounts created to try to get around the errors. Now 2 kids with no camps this summer and 2 parents who work. **What problems is CampBrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** I couldn't tell you. ### 3. It is so easy to take a large number of people through the hiring process at once which we need to do yearly for our summer staff hiring. **What do you dislike about CampBrain?** The reports can be complicated to go through to find exactly what I want. Working with a large number of people within the program can be confusing. **Recommendations to others considering CampBrain:** I would highly recommend switching to this program or starting with it from scratch. If there is anything you need help with they are so responsive and quick with that. **What problems is CampBrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Summer camp and retreat registrations, scheduling our facilities, and all of our summer hiring. Having all of that information in one place has been the biggest benefit. It is so much easier to go to one place and get everything figured out than using separate programs for each. ### 4. It is a powerful web based software that allows you to track, plan, forecast, and serve your guests professionally! The support team is great, always releasing new features and updates, listening to your needs and helping out as they are able or adding it to future releases! **What do you dislike about CampBrain?** It is a very powerful program, not something to pick up in a day. But the long term help and vision for those in the Conference Center industry will find it helpful. Looking for better communication from the software to guests, bu knowing that it is coming. **What problems is CampBrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Camper and Conference Center management. A one stop shop for meals, meeting rooms, details,historical tracking, payment processing. ### 6. It will greatly improve your understanding of the program in addition to the possibilities there are with it. **What problems is CampBrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilized Campbrain in our camp office to run camper registration and manage all retreat and conference bookings. Campbrain allowed us to stay organized with hiring staff, managing camper profiles, retreat season and ultimately keeping an well tracked database. One of the best perks is the companies customer service. You can always call with any questions and they are happy and willing to answer any questions you may have. Excellent computer program! ### 7.
