1. It is error-prone, throwing terminal, uninformative errors during checkout process that require reloads that put users back at the end of the queue, and then still doesn't work. No option to update cart or account to try to work around error.

2. Cannot process simple orders. Just hangs. Doesn't matter if the device is a Mac or a PC or a Phone. Chrome or Safari.

3. It cannot handle load. During busy registration periods, potential users are simply told to wait

4. 3 hours wasted fighting with the website. Zero registrations completed. 2 new accounts created to try to get around the errors. Now 2 kids with no camps this summer and 2 parents who work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The registration process has seemed to be running smoothly, but the staff hiring has been the best part in my opinion! It is so easy to take a large number of people through the hiring process at once which we need to do yearly for our summer staff hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CampBrain is a great tool for schools, camps, and conference centers to manage registrations and events. It is a powerful web based software that allows you to track, plan, forecast, and serve your guests professionally! The support team is great, always releasing new features and updates, listening to your needs and helping out as they are able or adding it to future releases! It is a very powerful program, not something to pick up in a day. But the long term help and vision for those in the Conference Center industry will find it helpful.
