## About CallScrib
CallScrib is an AI meeting and call notetaker software solution that generates structured summaries of voice and video conversations using large language models. Built primarily for organizations using Microsoft Teams, CallScrib reads meeting transcripts via the Microsoft Graph API after a call ends, eliminating the need for a third-party bot to join meetings as a visible participant. Summaries containing decisions, action items, next steps, and topics are posted directly into the Teams chat thread within approximately 60 seconds of meeting end. CallScrib offers two deployment models. The Cloud version is installed once by a Microsoft 365 administrator from Microsoft AppSource and covers the entire tenant via Graph API integration, including both Teams video meetings and Teams Phone (PSTN) calls. The Desktop Agent is a native macOS and Windows application that captures system audio locally during meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack Huddles, or any browser-based meeting platform, and does not require administrative permissions to install. The software is designed for sales teams, customer success teams, project managers, executives, and any professional whose role involves regular meetings and conversations. CallScrib serves both individual users via the Desktop Agent and entire organizations via the Cloud deployment. Main features include: - AI-generated meeting summaries containing decisions, action items with owners, next steps, and topics, powered by Mistral language models with a zero-retention API - Native Microsoft Teams integration via Microsoft Graph API, with no bot joining meetings; coverage of Teams Phone PSTN calls in the same workflow - Recipes, which are pre-built and user-customizable AI workflows applied to transcripts, including follow-up email drafts, coaching feedback, executive briefs, and custom prompts - Q&amp;A chat with transcripts, allowing users to query individual meetings or perform semantic search across their full meeting history - Editable transcripts and summaries with speaker name mapping that propagates corrections to action items and decisions - Support for over 20 summary languages, configurable per individual user - Calendar integration with Google Calendar and Outlook, email delivery via Gmail or Outlook with CC support, and export to PDF, TXT, or Markdown formats - Enterprise capabilities including SAML single sign-on, SCIM user provisioning, audit logs, custom data retention policies, and a four-hour priority support service-level agreement CallScrib is GDPR-compliant with US-East data residency, uses zero-retention APIs that do not retain customer transcripts for model training, and processes Desktop Agent audio locally on user devices. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress as of 2026. Pricing tiers include a free plan with seven meetings per month, a Pro plan at five US dollars per user per month, a Business plan at ten US dollars per user per month, and an Enterprise plan starting at fourteen US dollars per user per month with a 25-seat minimum.
