As an international business, CallPage's multilingual capabilities have been a huge asset for us. It allows us to connect with our customers in their native language, which has improved our customer experience. With CallPage's pre-call questionnaire, we can gather valuable information about our leads before we even talk to them. This has helped us prioritize our sales efforts and close more deals.

It would be helpful if they offered more integrations with popular analytics tools, but the Zapier integration works well.

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

As someone who has been using CallPage for a while, I can say with confidence that it is a valuable callback solution for any business. What I like best about CallPage is the ease of use and the results it has delivered for our sales team. The tool is incredibly simple to install, and the customisation options allow us to tailor the experience to our brand's needs. 

Overall, if you're looking for a convenient and customisable callback tool that integrates with Google Analytics, Hubspot, or Zapier, CallPage is definitely worth considering. We are extremely satisfied with our results since implementing CallPage in our business.

The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming, but their documentation and support resources are helpful. Even for people not familiar with code installation, it takes up to 5 minutes

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

The best thing about  callpage is that it can be used for: 1. Marketing purposes - improving website conversion rate. 2 For sales - generating inbound sales calls that result in sales. 3 And for customer service - people can easily connect with our service agents, report technical issues,  ask for advice or other kinds of help. Three different departments at our company are using this tool and all of them get better results since we introduced callpage as a callback solution

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

A few more integrations would be awesome. Callpage doesn’t integrate with our customer service team so it makes it a bit more challenging to use  both tools together. We manage, but it would be way easier with an integration.

**Recommendations to others considering CallPage:**

Get this tool, invest time in proper onboarding, customize it, A/B test and use it properly.

**What problems is CallPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was inefficient customer service. We received hundreds of calls addressed to wrong teams. People looking for tech support were connecting with the sales team, those who needed more general assistance didn’t know how to reach customer service. One big mess, because our processes weren’t set up properly. We cleaned this up, then decided to implement callpage and after two or three months we started noticing first positive results.

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

Night mode feature is awesome. Customers visit our international website (it’s in English) at different times of the day and night. For now we are not able to provide 24/7 support or salespeople availability and Callpage is our main channel of generating leads from abroad. Even if we are out of office website visitors see the popup and can order a callback later or send us a message. It works way better than a traditional contact form, because Callpage’s way of work is based on proactivity - when the system detects that a website visitor is ready to convert, it prompts a popup with a dedicated message. We customised this message so that it converts better.

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

Premium package could be slightly cheaper.

**Recommendations to others considering CallPage:**

Try it if you are based in any country supported by Callpage. Great tool!

**What problems is CallPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem was that we were losing many potential customers because our teams don’t work in different time zones (we’re based in Europe). Conversion rate was considerably decreasing outside working hours, because there was no efficient nor easy way for customers from other locations to connect with us. So we were losing opportunities to get new clients and sell more. Another problem was that even though people asked us to connect them, our salespeople were losing track of all these leads and weren’t able to follow up on them. Callpage’s dashboards and notifications solved this problem.

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

Callpage really changed the way I think about phone calls. A few years ago I read about the “death of phone calls”. Actually it’s the contrary for our company and callpage helped with that. Callpage Widget is customizable so we are able to adjust the messaging and CTA and people know what they are signing for.

We get many phone calls from people interested in our services and we are able to convert them, because calling through callback makes them more likely to buy.

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

Text field on the widget could be longer - sometimes it’s hard to convey the message with that few characters.

**What problems is CallPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Higher conversion rate on the website, more phone calls from people willing to buy our services. We are able to dig deeper into the performance of this communication channel (phone) and drive data-based conclusions because callpage has quite advanced analytics. Since we implemented Callpage our conversion rate constantly increases, we sell more and our agents are also more satisfied with their work.

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

Definitely the fact that we can customize the tool in many ways. We have multiple sales and customer service departments across the company and we use CallPage differently in each of them. It’s possible to change the widget’s layout, including colors and font size, adjust copy, customize button and call to action, this sort of thing. I like it the most, because we pay for one package (we use Enterprise), but in turn we actually get multiple versions of the same solution. Our customers expect personalization, so this is really important for the business.

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

I think CallPage could offer more integrations. Fortunately it integrates with our CRM system, but I can imagine that other customers who don’t use well-known CRMs may struggle because of the lack of possibility to integrate CallPage with their toolset.

**What problems is CallPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallPage enables us to provide better customer service to our clients. Our main problem was long average wait time and thus long average handle time. Traditional IVR solutions didn’t solve this issue for us, but CallPage did - mostly thanks to the department's feature. I’m waiting for more options like this one.

Sometimes it's hard to find some functions of number configuration & team configuration in the CallPage dashboard, but as I wrote previously the support team is really was helpful for me. Also, I must admit that there are to much orange color in UX

Since the implementation, we noted a significant increase in the efficacy of our sales team. No more missed calls or unhappy clients waiting for their call to be answered.

Nothing, in particular, comes to my mind. I wouldn’t use it if I was unhappy with the product ;)

We used to invest so much money in advertising and driving traffic to our website, but before we installed CallPage we hadn’t been able to convert incoming leads. Now the tool supports us in this, no lost opportunities!

In the past we had trouble to engage with the visitors on our website, the bounce rate was really high and conversion rate rather low. Now with CallPage we generate lots of extra leads each month without investing in advertising. At the same time, our sales team improved their performance.

Actually, I don't mind much. The only thing they could improve is the availability of support at different times.

Higher conversion rate and the quality of calls. Before the installation of CallPage we weren’t able to monitor inbound calls. Now with call recording and reports, it’s really easy.

Editing the widgets' view is not friendly enough and too limited in my opinion.

The whole idea of connecting with a customer within 28 seconds is brilliant!

I needed some time to get to know how to use the panel as well as some of our less tech-savvy reps (but they managed).

Our LRT was far from perfect before, with some teamwork within our department and of course with the help of CallPage we manager to reach a decent LRT level

every time i get a call from a customer, they are always wondering how fast i called them back :-) 
they say "wow that's an great way to get in contact".
we use it on different websites, and all of them are a success.
nice thing is it automatically goes to my mobile when i'm not in the office. this way you doe not have to put your mobile number on the website, but still can be reached anywhere you are.

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

the callpage system used voip, so it happens that the connection is not 100%
you can add working hours, which is fine, but it would be nice if there is another way (some activity app) to know when to be active and when not (our hours are not fixed) or change the phone number for specific times (instead of just an order of phone numbers)

**Recommendations to others considering CallPage:**

a much better way then just putting your phone number. 

**What problems is CallPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the visitors of our site are reminded they are just a call away, just by entering their phone number. we get more calls through callpage as just by phone. 
i also use it in our web application in our support section as my customers can reach me on my mobile, without me giving out my mobile phone number to them and only within normal hours (they would call me on sundays or in the evening)
almost every caller is wondered when we call them back so soon and always ask how we do that :-)

I like that it integrates well with facebook's lead capture forms, when someone submits their details in the lead form they receive an instant call back - there's no need to monitor your inbox all day for new leads, I also like that the support is at hand within the app via the chat box (intercom) help speed up the learning curve. Helpful support - 

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

I don't like that you're limited to a few consultants, plans should be base on call volume rather than call volume + consultants. From the website tested on that usually generates 10 enquiries a week,  The volume that chooses to use the callpage.io widget is about 15% - although I think I can improve this with better copy, and the timing of the pop-up

Engagement with leads whilst that they are hot their hottest.

Too many all managers are on line how ever we get the same error :
"Scheduled call failed
Hi, ______! We were trying to process your scheduled call but there were no available managers at that moment or widget was disabled.:
event there is  available managers. we asked the support team resolve that error , buy it seems to back again every few days ..

as well, do not support on Sundays - so even if you have the error , they won support

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

CallPage is an excellent app. It helps to snatch potential customers who visit your website and offers them a phone call from your customer service. So first of all, it encourages potential customers to stay on the website throughout the whole conversation. It makes selling much easier. Secondly, it really connects consultant with a customer in 28 seconds. What is more, it is easy to implement and requires no help from a programmer (it’s a big plus!).

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

To be honest I am pretty happy with CallPage, it I was to improve something from it it would be the panel. It could be a little bit more user friendly. Sometimes I have difficulties with finding features and settings I need.

**Recommendations to others considering CallPage:**

If you have problems with engagement on your website, it’s your way to go! I think it’s better to get Enterprise version, it’s more expensive but gives you a possibility to customize anything you want.

We struggle to keep our customers engaged and CallPage increases engagement. Most clients decide to stay on the website during the conversation with the consultant, and even if they don’t, the consultant can encourage them revisit the website (e.g. to show some features or explain how the system works). As a result, we get more orders.

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

Thanks to CallPage our customers don’t have to wait on hold which translates into better customer experience. I like the simplicity of the widget and the fact that it collects phone numbers also after working hours so that we can acquire new contacts even when everybody is out of office. This is great.

It took me some time to figure out how to customize the widget.

I love that CallPage detects when a potential customer visits our website and offers him a free call back from our company before he decides to leave the website. If this potential customer agrees for a call back, the chance of converting him into a customer is very high. CallPage helped us to increase conversion rate, and that's what I like best

Just like any other company we want to acquire new customers and sell more. CallPage helps us with that: it prevents people from leaving our website and encourages them to talk with our sales representative. And when the potential customers agrees for a contact, CallPage connects him with our company in 28 seconds! After that people are much more likely to buy. What is more, CallPage collects contacts even after working hours, so we get precise data on who and when visits our website.

**What do you like best about CallPage?**

I really like that I can record all the conversations that are made through CallPage. Then I can listen to them and give my employees a feedback. I really care about the quality of my client service, so I also liked sms notifications about missed calls. It made things easier to evaluate. My customers and potential customers are usually very happy when they receive a call from us in 28 seconds. Plus, CallPage customer service is really good.

Well, I had some problems with resetting my password and it took some time before I learned how to use the panel.

I wanted to improve the quality of my customer service and CallPage helped me to do it. The app provides me with feedback about all the calls and sends sms notifications when somebody does not call the customer back. My work as a manager is much easier now.

It just works. CallPage makes our work easier and our customers are really happy that they can connect with us in 28 seconds. CallPage is a great tool to increase the number of sales calls as well as to understand the traffic sources of your leads.  

**What do you dislike about CallPage?**

Prices. I think that the widget is a little bit too expensive.

With CallPage, our sales reps get more phone conversations with website visitors on the phone, which adds more qualified leads to the sales pipeline.   CallPage system has excellent integration with SALESManago.

Thanks to CallPage my team saves a lot of time because they no longer have to write on chat (we resigned from it) - calls are much faster and more effective. Plus, I have an access to analytics so I can check the number of ordered calls and other important information.

Customers who give their phone number usually don’t believe that somebody will call them back - thanks to CallPage they’re pleasantly surprised. And it all happens in only 28 seconds! It helps to build positive relationship between us and our customers.
