CallerReady allows a lot of customizations in the way of how calls are made as well as the ability to put a script in the database that you’re specifically calling on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even at the highest paid level, some of the templates that I would want to be able to make adjustments to don’t allow me to do so. That ends up leaving me having to utilize something outside of the software itsself like a Microsoft office program to read a script from instead of being able to use the pre-loaded script online.
