**What do you like best about CallerReady?**

CallerReady allows a lot of customizations in the way of how calls are made as well as the ability to put a script in the database that you’re specifically calling on. 

**What do you dislike about CallerReady?**

Even at the highest paid level, some of the templates that I would want to be able to make adjustments to don’t allow me to do so.  That ends up leaving me having to utilize something outside of the software itsself like a Microsoft office program to read a script from instead of being able to use the pre-loaded script online. 

**What problems is CallerReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 We were able to drastically decrease the amount of time that was spent in between calls; thereby increasing our dials per hour and ultimately our target audience reached.

CallerReady allows our sales team to crank out more calls in a day than ever before.  Our reps are scheduling more meetings than ever before!

**What do you dislike about CallerReady?**

We had to get used to the platform like any other technology you would use.  We are humming along now!

**What problems is CallerReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making more phone calls for sales each day.

They have helped our reps maximize production and increase the number of conversations we have.

The software took some getting used to, but after we had the hang of it we seem to be good to go.

Setting more meetings, and increasing our sales.
