although the weekly emailed stats are great, it would be nice to have a dashboard available to access realtime info, and a collated view of the project so far. The customer support team and the intended audience might not have the same culture. A call centre in the UK/US with people who know the local rules and customs of the target audience could help customers understand what they want and talk to them better.
