Calenoo Reviews & Product Details

Calenoo is a free web app from Switzerland for two everyday scheduling jobs. Availability polls: pick a duration, drop your slots on a visual calendar and share a link. Guests tick their availability without creating an account, and Calenoo highlights the best slot. Once the date is confirmed, everyone gets a calendar invitation (.ics). Booking page: share a link and people book a free slot in your calendar, with an automatic video link (Jitsi, or Google Meet / Microsoft Teams with your linked calendar), a reminder the day before, and rescheduling or cancellation by the guest. The booking page can be embedded on your website. Link your Google, Microsoft / Outlook, Apple iCloud or Infomaniak calendar to avoid double-booking: busy times appear in the background and confirmed meetings are added to your calendar. The content of your events is never stored. Everything is free, with no ads and no data resale. Available in English, French, German and Italian. Published by Ekylibr SA in Neuchâtel, Switzerland; data hosted in Europe.
