Easy to setup. The Outlook integration was a key factor for me as I use M365 for my email/calendar. Easy to setup and use. I like that I could buy the lifetime subscription. Pay once and use forever. Their customer support is top tier and on top of it. I highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Calendbook?** I like everything, but Outlook integration is new for them and I had an issue initially, but the support was excellent and beyond anything I expected. They fixed it quickly and I'm a happy customer. I view this as a positive experience **What problems is Calendbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I could not find a good affordable calendar app that worked with Outlook. Calendbook was the only one offering a lifetime subscription I could find. ### 2. Deceptively so, to the point where you wonder where the rest of it is. But it does what you want it to do, which is book appointments through your site or app. And it integrates with Google Calendar, which is a must. Also Stripe, Zoom, Zapier, and generic Webhooks. Plus, team options and the ability to embed the booking calendar into a site. **What do you dislike about Calendbook?** It isn't as feature rich as other booking services, so if you need a specific feature, then I would check Calendbook's site and see if they have it, or plan to add it (as seen on their roadmap). **What problems is Calendbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Calendbook allows me to provide a way for customers to book me as a consultant. They can select a time through Calendbook's service to speak with me, and then process the transaction through Stripe. It's standard fare for booking calendars. ### 3. The user interface has no learning curve at all. Straight forward and easy to use. It doesn't over booking even if I create multiple booking events. I mostly like the simplicity of this software. Webhook is another very impressive side of this software. Support is very responsive. **What do you dislike about Calendbook?** There is actually no downside to this software. But I have some recommendations on Calendbook. I recommend adding more integration tools like Pably and Albato. The user interface is not that much impressive. By using Calendbook, it is easy now to schedule meetings, and appointments and gets a booking. I can easily reschedule or cancel a meeting.
