When used in conjunction with Pulse Commerce it has streamlined our operations instead of manually generating orders in both BigCommerce and Pulse it has now allowed the flow of orders into Pulse from all sales channels (amazon, ebay, BigCommerce). This has eliminated busy work and improved workflows especially when an employee is out of office much less burdensome and no exception based order entry like we had before!
