**What do you like best about Cadient?**

I really like how Cadient makes high-volume hiring fast, intelligent, and consistent. The SmartSuite platform uses AI to match and screen candidates accurately, helping us find the right people quickly while reducing early attrition. The interface is clean and intuitive, and tools like SmartMatch, SmartTenure, and SmartOnboard have streamlined our entire hiring workflow. It’s amazing how much time we’ve saved while improving the overall quality of hires.

**What do you dislike about Cadient?**

There’s very little to dislike. The only challenge was the initial setup and user training phase — it took some time for our team to get fully comfortable with all the modules. Also, integrations with some legacy systems required coordination. But once implemented, everything runs smoothly, and the support team is extremely responsive.

**What problems is Cadient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cadient is helping us overcome the biggest challenges of high-volume and hourly hiring — from screening hundreds of applicants to predicting which candidates will stay longer. With its AI-driven SmartSuite tools, we can quickly identify top-fit candidates, reduce manual work, and make data-backed hiring decisions.

The platform has also improved our retention rates through predictive analytics like SmartTenure, which forecasts employee success and longevity. Overall, it has made our hiring process faster, more consistent, and far more efficient — saving time for our recruiters and improving workforce stability.

**What do you like best about Cadient?**

The service did not match what was described. At the initial meeting, they highlighted their selling points but failed to share important details. They were dishonest about posting and sponsoring jobs, and did not clarify that it was only an ATS service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cadient.

**What do you dislike about Cadient?**

Everything, customer service not good, also misrepresented information.

**What problems is Cadient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cadient was not prepared to assist in resolving issues. They repeatedly stated that positions must be approved by an administrator, and when I inquired about reimbursement and cancellation, they responded that they cannot sponsor jobs and only provide an ATS.

**What do you like best about Cadient?**

The customer service and support is tailored, friendly, quick, and professional. Fairly easy to use and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Cadient?**

Data pulling limits to 1,000 entries, requiring multiple exports and merging of data. Also, when filtering all applications by position, it often includes others and can make it difficult to isolate on the position looking for. Some of the hiring steps are confusing and require "restart" of the step. I wish it had better data analytics.

**What do you like best about Cadient?**

Our company focuses on providing personnel to meet our client's needs, so hiring is a crucial part of our daily operations. Cadient offers a user-friendly experience for both our employees and applicants. Their development team consistently works to improve the product capabilities and streamline offerings, not just for the sake of "something new," but to increase efficiency for our teams and provide a modern hiring experience for our applicants. Our dedicated customer service team is excellent and regularly engages with all our stakeholders, from HR to Marketing and Communications to our other critical vendors.

**What do you dislike about Cadient?**

At times, there are integration issues between Cadient and our other vendors, like our HRM system. During these occurrences, Cadient is always fully engaged and helps to diagnose and correct any issues on their side that may be causing/impacting the problem.

**What problems is Cadient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cadient creates a unified applicant tracking system for across multiple brands and sectors for our organization. Streamlining our recruiting efforts and allowing for prospective employees to search across the company/brands.

Cadient's level of customer service and support is without equal. The Cadient team is responsive to changes and the requests of their clients. Cadient is willing to explore product enchancements to fit the needs of your business and really seeks to understand what you are trying to accomplish. Cadient makes hiring easy and practical.

Cadient has a lack of internal branding that faces the daily operators.

Cadient has helped us solve compliance needs, shortened our hiring process, and develop a strategy for internal hiring.

Cadient is always improving and adding new tools and features to simplify the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Cadient?**

We are no longer integrated with UKG this is a huge difficulty.  Many of the features I love with Cadient are no longer working due to this integration being discontinued.  This is not a Cadient problem it is an executive decision made by my company Administrators.  UKG UltiPro was bought with a Talent feature included in the price.   I have been forced to limp along until this UKG product is up and running.

Cadient is very user friendy. The software makes tracking applicants a breeze.

We had some hiccups in the intergration process, but the Cadient support team was always available to walk us through the process.

We were using paper applications. Cadient is providing us a resource to allow job applicants to apply online.

I like that it helps qualify and disqualify candidates for you during the prescreening questions.
