What do you like best about Cadient?

I really like how Cadient makes high-volume hiring fast, intelligent, and consistent. The SmartSuite platform uses AI to match and screen candidates accurately, helping us find the right people quickly while reducing early attrition. The interface is clean and intuitive, and tools like SmartMatch, SmartTenure, and SmartOnboard have streamlined our entire hiring workflow. What do you dislike about Cadient?

There’s very little to dislike. The only challenge was the initial setup and user training phase — it took some time for our team to get fully comfortable with all the modules. Also, integrations with some legacy systems required coordination. But once implemented, everything runs smoothly, and the support team is extremely responsive. What do you like best about Cadient?

The service did not match what was described. At the initial meeting, they highlighted their selling points but failed to share important details. They were dishonest about posting and sponsoring jobs, and did not clarify that it was only an ATS service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cadient. What do you like best about Cadient?

The customer service and support is tailored, friendly, quick, and professional. Fairly easy to use and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cadient?

Data pulling limits to 1,000 entries, requiring multiple exports and merging of data. Also, when filtering all applications by position, it often includes others and can make it difficult to isolate on the position looking for. Our company focuses on providing personnel to meet our client's needs, so hiring is a crucial part of our daily operations. Cadient offers a user-friendly experience for both our employees and applicants. Their development team consistently works to improve the product capabilities and streamline offerings, not just for the sake of "something new," but to increase efficiency for our teams and provide a modern hiring experience for our applicants. Our dedicated customer service team is excellent and regularly engages with all our stakeholders, from HR to Marketing and Communications to our other critical vendors. What do you dislike about Cadient?

At times, there are integration issues between Cadient and our other vendors, like our HRM system. During these occurrences, Cadient is always fully engaged and helps to diagnose and correct any issues on their side that may be causing/impacting the problem. We are no longer integrated with UKG this is a huge difficulty. Many of the features I love with Cadient are no longer working due to this integration being discontinued. This is not a Cadient problem it is an executive decision made by my company Administrators. UKG UltiPro was bought with a Talent feature included in the price.
