Best Contacts Manager **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Kyle S. | Sr. Customer Success Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024 **What do you like best about BusyContacts?** It has a super clean UI with the most robust field options of any contacts manager I've used. It is far more powerful than Google, Outlook, or iCloud Contacts. It seems to sync pretty quickly with both Google and iCloud, but you can always manually sync it. I love that it integrates with BusyCal (another fantastic sister software). It has some unique things like social network integration but I do not utilize that very often. **What do you dislike about BusyContacts?** The only downside is it may not be an approved App / service for work (not the fault of BusyContacts). I use this on my home computer but am unable to put it on my work device, so I'm forced to manage those contacts separately, which is frustrating. Lastly, I have a license via Setapp, which makes it more affordable than buying it as a stand-alone app, which is kind of expensive, in my opinion. The downside to adding more fields and info is that it doesn't push back everything to the main source (Google Contacts). So if you want to see all the details you've added, you would have to always view it in BusyContacts. **What problems is BusyContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?** I really like building out my contacts with extensive use of fields and this offers more power, features, and functions than any other service I've used. I also like that it's a centralized platform that pulls in contacts from other services. ### 2. This is a great tool to manage contacts in various places like Gmail, iCloud and local, all with one tool! I have connected my Gmail account that is use for my business and my Gmail personal account as well as my iCloud personal account and can see contacts from all of them in one place. It is fairly easy to copy and paste between them. You can easily duplicate a card and then edit it which I do when adding a new person to a company so I don't have to retype everything in. That is somthing you can't do with the standard Contacts app. **What do you dislike about BusyContacts?** When you have multiple accounts, it can sometimes be hard to combine information to consolidate across accounts. You may have to do multiple merges and combine contacts to achieve your desired results, but it's still way better than trying to do it all manually with cut and paste. **Recommendations to others considering BusyContacts:** This is a superb tool for managing contacts on your Mac. Easy to pull in contacts from various sources and keep them all coordinated in one place. Do yourself a favor and check it out! **What problems is BusyContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coordinating multiple contact accounts from various vendors all in one place. It makes it very easy to see them all in one place.
