"built.io automate business applications and workflows by creating integrations"

What do you like best?

Clean dashboard to visualize the data flow easily. Drag and drop functions. Lots of cloud app functions pre-made. Hassle-free data flow design when the time is critical. Data synced between all platforms. The team is extremely friendly and helpful if you have any questions or trouble. It is very convenient to use especially when your features stick to its basic functionality. Everything is very easy to use and can be understood without long investigations.

What do you dislike?

Only limited to simple functionality. Lack of very well documented tutorials on how to use the functionalities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you ask all the questions up front on customization and features. The training and tutorials doesn't cover much.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simple automation with between different systems.

"Endless possibilities for automation, integration, and creativity"

What do you like best?

Built.io comes with an incredible amount of tools you are able to integrate with, already available to you from the start. If there is a manual, time eating process that prevents you from getting important work done, Built.io can be the conduit which will allow you to automate the process.

They also have a team of highly skilled developers, who can build an integration for your own tool. We utilized this at my company, and it has been incredibly helpful, and allowed us to do some incredible things, regarding integrating our product with other software solutions.

What do you dislike?

if you are not technically savvy, it can be hard to pick up. The guides and FAQs do not answer some of the most basic functionalities, so it kind of turns into a repeated trial and error practice, until you figure out what will work, or why is wasn't working in the first place.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have integrated our Customer Community and Marketo instance, to automate the creation of leads in Marketo, in the event of someone registering as a new member in our community. We also use it to automate our request queue populating in Smartsheet. When someone fills a request, built.io can create all of the subtasks for that request in Smartsheet, based on the type of request.

"Lots of Capabilities Kind of Difficult to Figure Out"

What do you like best?

I looked at Zapier, Workato and many other integration tools and this one by far hast he most functionality.

What do you dislike?

It's a little difficult to figure out. The way they name the different action steps is confusing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Talk to support, They are super helful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am connecting Marketo to Google Sheets. I am able to take any new lead in a list in Marketo and move them into a Google Sheet.
