I have worked as a hiring manager for many years, and I use this site and others to post positions. It has also been good for getting our company name out there and giving us the space to advertise our company and showcase what we've done and who we are. **What do you dislike about Built In?** So far there hasn't been anything about Built In that I have disliked. It is a great platform for posting your open job postings. Nothing to improve on that I can see. **What problems is Built In solving and how is that benefiting you?** For problems we are solving, using Built In we are able to post all of our open job postings to their website. There we are able to keep track of the views and how many people have applied.
