"Works for a small builder with 5 jobs a year. Any larger companies will struggle"
1/5
What do you like best about Buildxact?

The take-off module is cool, but variations and orders are a bit of a mess, and budget control is impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildxact?

Moving from one job to another is time-consuming, also, if you want to add a new item to the catalogue, or add a new supplier, you need to leave the job, go to the catalogue, add the item, go back to the jobs list, search for your job, find it and open it again, and add the new item into your estimate. Sometimes the newly added item won't show up, and you need to do the whole process again which socks. Also, the scheduling module is a joke. The dates are not right, and the email it sends to the supplier has the wrong commencement dates. We brought it up with Support Team several times, but it is still the same! "My great lifesaver, Buildxact"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Buildxact?

I cherish the take off tools and the simplicity of producing a quote. Also it enables me to get on top pricing and take offs and the ability to calculate variations based off of subcontractors m2 rates.

Likewise when entering the details I adore that it can enable me to include an image into the specifications so my customer knows precisely what items are incorporated into my statement and it additionally offers me to choice to choose things as temporary expenses or temporary aggregates at the snap of a catch.

I love that I can choose if the thing is an errand in the timetable so I have the simplicity of producing a Gantt graph as I run with almost no down time so when I present my quote I realize precisely to what extent I have to construct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildxact?

In general they have caught everything admirably and the main things I dont like are a portion of the little bugs that accompany growing such an incredible programming, for example:

- I might want somewhat more usefulness in the plan scaling section.

- The RFQ's tie themselves to line things and can't be balanced without erasing the RFQ's or superseding them physically.

- All RFQ's must be attached to a job, you can't send off RFQ’s before the venture turns into a Job for further thing looking for investment funds nor would you be able to issue the RFQ to subbies without messing around with your Quotes and classes.

- The venture cost investigation just appears to work off of procurement requests and work orders, you can't tally up numbers under details. Likewise, you can just issue solicitations in the expense in addition to ventures for costs worn and not acquire costs which makes it difficult to issue solicitations in a master dynamic way to get the customer paying the bill.

- The Gantt graph does not have the adaptability and capacity that I am utilized to from such projects as keen sheet (another incredible programming that we use).

- It would be incredible to have it as an application and later on take a gander at extending the product to a fully integrated task management software like arrangement network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
