I like the fact that the software is evolving and that suggestions on how to improve the app are taken on board and incorporated into the system. I love how Buildxact holds all line items perfectly in each category and ensures all invoicing and contract amounts are correct. Billing is very easy on both cost-plus and fixed-price contracts. The neat interface and good printouts it provides are valuable. I appreciate that it is almost impossible to make errors with payments, ensuring no overcharging or undercharging of clients. The online client portal is good and they keep updating it, which is great. Integration with Xero is smooth, and the initial setup was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
