**What do you like best about Builder Prime?**

Builder Prime is great for the initial setup when bringing new leads and customers into your business.

The automations are really smooth, and the day-to-day data entry is straightforward. The integrations with Google Calendar and Google Mail also make it easy to interact with customers and keep their details logged accurately.

**What do you dislike about Builder Prime?**

The fact that you can’t search for a secondary contact is absolutely wild. It’s such a simple thing that should be a very simple fix.  

Also if they were to allow the contract templates to be customizable, Builder Prime would go into the next level of CRMs. 

Reporting could also be much smoother and easier

**What problems is Builder Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a great integration with Quick books. Makes it much easier for our finance team.

**What do you like best about Builder Prime?**

I like how intuitive Builder Prime is and how easy it is to use. It's great for actually putting together and seeing what clients are getting, and it helps in piecing together an accurate price. I also appreciate being able to add specific items like a certain type of faucet or base for custom jobs. Additionally, the initial setup of Builder Prime was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Builder Prime?**

I know we have to get more training on it too. For the specific kit, or packages we offer, we're needing to add more items like faucets and spouts for the tubs.

**What problems is Builder Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Builder Prime handles tasks I used to do manually on paper, making them more tech-friendly and intuitive. It simplifies putting together project components to get accurate pricing.

One view of the customer journey from lead to installation and on for the entire staff.

Inflexibility of the work order.  could use a few more features

**What problems is Builder Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By eliminating paper and 2 other systems, we have almost eliminated all the mistakes that go hand in hand when there isn't one view of the customer. Plus everyone has their tasks and they are accountable for completing this. The process flow won't continue if a task isn't completed, which alets the team when there is a hold up (ie problem). We have seen our negative reviews because of service and communication issues disapear since we have implemented BP.

A lot of built in functions that make it easy to use and consolidates different platforms on to one

Need more training.  

Some of the features can be clunky and not as seamless as I would like.

Can generate contracts and buildout scope on one platform.

**What do you like best about Builder Prime?**

Before Builder Prime, we had a CRM, and estimating platform, a job tracking platform, and a spreadsheet that we used for scheduling jobs. All of that is under builder prime now. Having everything in one place has allowed us to communicate much easier internally and with our customers. Reporting is a lot easier now too.

We're in builder prime every day for keeping organized. It didn't take too long to implement or integrate into our business process either.

**What do you dislike about Builder Prime?**

Support is sometimes a little slow to get back to us. There are so many features on BP that it takes a long time to learn all the different features.

**What problems is Builder Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had too many different platforms. This brought everything under one roof.
