What problems is Builder Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?

By eliminating paper and 2 other systems, we have almost eliminated all the mistakes that go hand in hand when there isn't one view of the customer. Plus everyone has their tasks and they are accountable for completing this. The process flow won't continue if a task isn't completed, which alets the team when there is a hold up (ie problem). We have seen our negative reviews because of service and communication issues disapear since we have implemented BP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Builder Prime?

Before Builder Prime, we had a CRM, and estimating platform, a job tracking platform, and a spreadsheet that we used for scheduling jobs. All of that is under builder prime now. Having everything in one place has allowed us to communicate much easier internally and with our customers. Reporting is a lot easier now too.

We're in builder prime every day for keeping organized. It didn't take too long to implement or integrate into our business process either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Builder Prime?

Support is sometimes a little slow to get back to us. There are so many features on BP that it takes a long time to learn all the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
