What do you like best about BUGtrack?

Best Bug and issue tracking tool for team. Easy to raise a bug and assign.

Implementation made easy for us to use frequently.

Customer support was exceptional. We get immediate response while we request for support.

It is integrating with most of the dev tools so that we don't need to worry on dev stack.

Features like source control and mail updates are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BUGtrack?

Since there are many open source in competition price can be little more aggressive.

BUGtrack has great ease of use. Provides a larger number of features than any software in the market. It has great customer support Its implementation is quite good for testers and developers With many features, the frequency of use is more than expected. Also, its integration is good enough. Well, BUGtrack is quite helpful for developers and testers. It removes all the unusual tasks that need to be performed for testing any software or functionality like sending docs and all. With this, the workflow is much smoother and does not require any steps or manual work to compile and redistribute bugs.
