What do you like best about BUGtrack?

Best Bug and issue tracking tool for team. Easy to raise a bug and assign.

Implementation made easy for us to use frequently.

Customer support was exceptional. We get immidiate responce while we request for support.

It is integrating with most of the dev tools so that we dont need to worry on dev stack.

Features like source control and mail updates are very helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BUGtrack?

Since there are many open source in compitition price can be little more agressive.

It has more capibility that it can align with AI and fetch the fixes done earlier to avoid repititive issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BUGtrack?

BUGtrack has great ease of use.

Provides a larger number of features than any software in the market.

It has great customer support

Its implementation is quite good for testers and developers

With many features, the frequency of use is more than expected.

Could not find any cons as of now so can't write Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BUGtrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well, BUGtrack is quite helpful for developers and testers. It removes all the unusual tasks that need to be performed for testing any software or functionality like sending docs and all. With this, the workflow is much smoother and does not require any steps or manual work to compile and redistribute bugs. All the work that needs to be done or has been done can be tracked via this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
