Staff really seem to love the control and ease of use. Clocking in is so easy. Monitoring time off requests is easy, too! The sync from time cards to payroll is also a big time saver for us, though there was a bit of a learning curve and work with IT to get that to function properly. **What do you dislike about Buddy Punch?** Requires two different logins for user & administrator - even when they are the same person. Staff have a hard time making corrections or submitting time cards outside the geofence. If those things go to supervisors for approval anyway, it would be nice if they could submit from anywhere. Wish there was an easy way to get to a staff's time off detail (used & planned), it seems like it takes a few clicks and the right report to get to the best list.
