**What do you like best about btProvider?**

I really value the consistent quality and timely delivery of work from btProvider. They ensure the final output matches the requirements, and I appreciate their attention to detail. Their team is responsive and easy to work with, and they take feedback seriously, which helps improve outcomes quickly. The structured approach to implementation and support makes the process smooth and efficient. They help us handle large datasets, build data warehouses, and manage data pipelines. Also, they assist us with setting up a system, implementing project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana, and ensuring these tools are properly integrated into our daily operations. Their reliability, clear communication, and consistent quality of delivery encourage us to continue and potentially expand our partnership.

**What do you dislike about btProvider?**

If there is one area for improvement, it would be to enhance the speed of response during peak times and provide even more proactive updates throughout the project.

**What problems is btProvider solving and how is that benefiting you?**
