**What do you like best about Brokerware?**

A package any broker or client dreams of! The possibilities of this integrated system are endless! Not only does it make my job easier, it permits my clients and my carriers to utilize the many functions to assist themselves every single day and in doing so ALSO makes my job easier. Win/win/win/win. I utilize this software every hour of every day and yes, it runs throughout my sleep enabling my chose clients and carriers to do anything needed without disturbing me if they so choose. Customer service is available if needed, too.

**What do you dislike about Brokerware?**

The only thing I've had any type of question about is why some of my carriers aren't receiving automated documents but others have no issues. I believe, however, that it has to do with their own personal system settings and not Brokerware itself. A few settings changes are all that is needed to ease the implementation for all parties!

**What problems is Brokerware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes everything very clear and shows a timeline progression for each shipment, from quoting (aka building a package for a shipment), to booking, covering with a carrier, dispatching, finishing delivery, invoicing, to tracking each client's accounts and expendetures, plus a full breakdown of profits and sales with only a click of the mouse. I've never had it so good until I joined my current employer and was granted access to Brokerware.
