Not only does it make my job easier, it permits my clients and my carriers to utilize the many functions to assist themselves every single day and in doing so ALSO makes my job easier. I utilize this software every hour of every day and yes, it runs throughout my sleep enabling my chose clients and carriers to do anything needed without disturbing me if they so choose. The only thing I've had any type of question about is why some of my carriers aren't receiving automated documents but others have no issues. I believe, however, that it has to do with their own personal system settings and not Brokerware itself. A few settings changes are all that is needed to ease the implementation for all parties!
