Being able to do that would allow for a complete recruit profile to be established for our admin team to find in one secure location and have it updated/added to on an as-needed basis by anyone on the admin team. **What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving an organizational weakness for our recruits and providing a snapshot view for retaining agents. Having a system that quickly and easily identifies communication and learning implementation levels between administrators and recruits has reduced frustration for everyone. I frequently send out reminders and informative texts to specific groups, which are time-sensitive. The communication often needs to go out when I'm driving or otherwise engaged, and I must stop what I'm doing to send the texts. The scarcity of apps that solve this problem leads me to believe this is not a downfall of Brokerkit specifically, but a tough ask programming-wise. **What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brokerkit helps me effectively stay in touch with new hires and recruits. You can text, email, and set them up on campaigns. **What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a third-party company that would do our indeed ads, and then we would have to input them into Brokerkit ourselves. We found out that we could link the account together so that when someone applies from indeed, they will also go into Brokerkit. It has saved us so much time. ### 37. I like that I can separate people into manageable groups. And the retention campaigns are awesome too. I really appreciate that there are templates to start with. **What do you dislike about Brokerkit?** I'm not the most creative at creating emails but I've gotten a lot of help from BK service to learn how to create HTML graphics. **Recommendations to others considering Brokerkit:** First, it has everything you need to start and to grow. Second, you can't beat the price.
