**What do you like best about BrioHR?**

What I like most about BrioHR is its unmatched combination of U.S. multi-state labor law compliance as a native feature, intuitive usability for non-HR teams, and modularity. It eliminates the need for manual law research or form updates, which is invaluable for our operations manager who does not have an HR or legal background. When laws change, like California's new pay transparency mandate, BrioHR automatically updates job posting templates and onboarding documents, ensuring we stay compliant without effort. Also, the initial setup was so easy.

**What do you dislike about BrioHR?**

No billable hour tracking for contract labor: Our contract engineers bill defense/OEM clients by the hour, but BrioHR’s time-tracking only logs hours for payroll—we can’t tag hours as billable or export project-specific billable time reports, so we have to manually cross-reference BrioHR time logs with client project management tools (Asana).

**What problems is BrioHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BrioHR to automate onboarding and offboarding, reducing U.S. multi-state compliance risks. It keeps our operations manager from tracking complex labor laws manually and automatically updates forms to stay compliant without extra work.

**What do you like best about BrioHR?**

What I like best about BrioHR is how user-friendly and intuitive the system is. It makes handling payroll, leave, and employee data easy and efficient. The platform is complete with all the features we need, yet it's not overwhelming to use. I also appreciate the responsive customer support team.

**What do you dislike about BrioHR?**

The only bad experience I’ve had was not being able to cancel a claim that I hadn’t submitted yet. It would be helpful to have the option to edit or delete unsubmitted claims easily.

Most of the features are simple to use and easy to understand, and customer service is fast and helpful.

Some modules may be too complicated to setup, and some additional flexibility with features would be great.

Our Leave, Claims and Onboarding are all currently handled by BrioHR. It's automated and largely customisable.

**What do you like best about BrioHR?**

Briohr's leave and time-off module to be a very useful tool for forecasting my upcoming holidays. The user interface is simple and easy to use, making it straightforward to input my leave requests and view my remaining vacation days.
One of the standout features for me has been the forecasting capability of the module. It allows me to project my future leave accumulation and make more informed decisions about when to take time off. Additionally, being able to see my team's availability and company events in the same calendar view has been helpful in planning my time off around important business dates.
Another aspect I appreciate is the seamless integration with our HR system. I can quickly and easily submit leave requests and have them automatically approved or denied based on company policies.
Overall, I recommend Briohr's leave and time-off module to anyone looking for a user-friendly and efficient way to manage their vacation days.

Not that i have experienced. So far i have not run into any issues..

solving my manual HR processes and saving time and hassle. Helping us digitise our HR processes like payroll, leave etc. Its absolutely brilliant.

As a Lease Agreement Manager, I oversee a team of property managers who are responsible for managing lease agreements for our company's properties. Running regular performance appraisals is crucial to ensure that our team is meeting their targets and delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Briohr's performance management module has been a game-changer for me and my team. The module is incredibly easy to use, and it allows me to set clear goals and expectations for my team, as well as track their progress towards those goals throughout the year.
I also love how the module provides a comprehensive performance review process, allowing me to gather feedback from multiple sources, including peers and subordinates. This has helped me get a complete picture of my team's performance and identify areas where they can improve.

The mobile app can be quite clunky, but customer service managed to resolve that.

BrioHR is a tool that allows employers to easily hire, manage and track the progress of their entire employee recruitment process. It helps businesses achieve their goals, including increase transparency, reduce costs and keep track of which positions are filled first.

I do not love that you can't add your own login. It's a minor thing but I am used to logging in using Dropbox, Google or email.

BrioHR is helping us solve the problem of hiring and retaining top talent. We are a growing company, and we need to be able to find the best people for our job openings fast.

BrioHR allows us to hire from a wide range of candidates at once and get instant access to their resume and background information. The system also helps us track which candidates are responding to our job postings, and how quickly they are responding. This makes it easy for hiring managers to know who they should be focusing on as they search through resumes, so they don't waste time sifting through irrelevant candidates who may not be right for the position at hand.

It's really helped us streamline the process of finding exceptional candidates that match our team's needs.

The recruitment tool and the onboarding tool, bc that's missing in many other solutions - especially bc these two modules tie seamlessly into the core modules of people management

Haven't really found something I dislike, what I think would be a good addition is even more functionality around the recruitment process, deeper integration into linkedin etc.

**What do you like best about BrioHR?**

The performance management module is a game changer in my opinion: throughout my career I've noticed that companies performance process is lengthy, clunky and leaves room for bias. BrioHR performance managemnt module address these points: it's smartly designed for both the employees and managers, has a user-friendly interface, and is configurable. It benefits all in terms of time saved on this administrative but essential HR activity: the employee, the manager and ultimately the employer.

**What do you dislike about BrioHR?**

I haven't found any downside using BrioHR. On the contrary, this company has designed HR processes holistically, addressing some of the biggest pain points stemming from HR activities in the industry today.
It has delivered beyond expectations and should benefit many organisations.

**What problems is BrioHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think there are many benefits from an employer's standpoint: employee satisfaction is probably the biggest one that comes to mind. It is achieved through the simplification of HR tasks, the improved Turn Around Time in Onboarding & Payroll, the user-friendly interface, the capacity to view informative data through reports.

Its exhaustive bandwidth from prospect screening to employee de-boarding all in one platform shared amongst all key stakeholders.
BrioHR's intuitive browsing options make it a readily usable HR searching and reporting engine.

Being a fairly recent development, BrioHR's features are bound to be expanded. Timely communication of future version releases and their features will be essential to exploit them to their full potential

BrioHR was founded and is being managed by true visionaries who are most customer oriented. By way of their breakthrough platform, they are genuinely addressing a market need for such product that will be recognized as the breakthrough soft HR solution for years to come.

Prospects strengths and weaknesses benchmarking, employees leave planning and management, automated payroll runs. Given its plug and play nature, BrioHR's usage is not exclusive to the HR team but readily exploitable by all other key stakeholders in a very straightforward way.

The app itself is great to manage my employees end to end. 
From job posting to payroll management, not once we had to put twice the same information.
One click payroll, it save us a lot of work, errors and decrease our cost dramatically.

Nothing specific. Wating for Succession planning module to complete the software suite.

**What do you like best about BrioHR?**

The portal is very easy to use, as one of the admins of the system, I can access to many functions such as Recruitment, Employee Leaves, and even Onboarding staff. I can also manage many things in the same portal which helps a lot in my routine work. Besides, when I encounter any issues or concerns with the platform, the helpdesk personnel answer/assist me quickly and effectively.

They always enhance the system to let the users have a better experience, thus we constantly have to learn new things from their portal - sometimes we may not have the time to do so. Nevertheless, BrioHR works great and it is useful.

BrioHR has many great functions and it helps a lot in Human Resource routine tasks. BrioHR digitalized the leave calculation and make the recruitment process easier and faster. It also generates reports to let us have insights into our team, leaves, and the recruitment process.

I have seen and used HRMS like EasyPay,Workday,Deskera,Sage People, and couple others, I must say that for a startup like BrioHR they are clear on how a competitive HRMS should be and I love it how the price it at an affordable price for all size of organisation. BrioHR is luxurious and yet it is accessible for all size of customers.

**What do you dislike about BrioHR?**

Still on feature improvement stage but that’s not a big deal at all.

**Recommendations to others considering BrioHR:**

BrioHR is the game changer cloud HRMS and malt importantly they will never fail any customers. The level of support and leadership they show to us and customers is simply amazing! If you are looking to digitise your entire workforce, BrioHR is definitely the right system for your organisation.

**What problems is BrioHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have constantly given BrioHR feedback on how they can improvise the features based in my past experience in the HRMS/ERP industry.

User friendly navigation. We use the software for the recruitment module  and payroll. The information needed are easy to access and it improves our efficiency.

so far there is no cons to this software we are fully happy about it.

It maximize our time. The different modules are well designed and in full compliance with regulations (Payroll module)

**What do you like best about BrioHR?**

BrioHR is the most affordable enterprise grade software we found! We looked at all the major ones, but we did not find the combination of great features with a user friendly interface, flexibility to cater to our specific needs, and affordability. We decided to go with them, and after some time we clearly recommend them to anyone because beyond their great HR platform, their team clearly shown they considered us for more than just a client. They helped us train our team, they are always here when we have a question even if it is not on the software, they are really an extension of our team!
