Our software helps you manage short term rentals, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, accounting, employees, and marketing. With direct website integration through our API guests will never leave your website to complete a booking. If you use online travel agencies, BrightSide also integrates with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, PriceLabs, ResortClearning.com, xplorie, PointCentral, dormakaba, and many more, using a direct API. We do not use a third party for our API connections. One of the many ways we distinguish ourselves from others, is our customer support. When you call BrightSide support, we answer the phone. You talk to a real person. If we are helping someone else and unavailable, we will return your call. We are a small, family-owned company with in-house developers and support staff.
