"An excellent platform that we have not questioned staying with for 10 years"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

Ease of running multiple sales channels, reporting and open API. Support is abnormally quick and useful as well. Bulk processing lots of orders and managing back orders and pre orders etc. We are all very familiar with Brightpearl now, but new staff always seem to get the hang of it quite quickly as well so I would say it is quite intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

I think the CRM capabilities could be beefed up a bit more than they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need to run multiple, individually branded webstores alongside multi brand stores and a wholesale channel all pulling from one central warehouse. With Brightpearl, once the websites are set up and configured, it is easy. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

Really powerful tool for multi-channel businesses to sell products across many sales channels. Lots of APIs so integration is easy both using pre-built integrations and also writing our own. Our business uses Brightpearl every day and relies on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

Accounting function is not as mature as the rest of the platform. For complex accounting needs you'll want to have a separate accounting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent seamless experience"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We have used bright pearl for almost 7 years. It is such a reliable and easy to use system. We have offices in Hong Kong and in UK, and it has made everything so seamless. There is a bit of a learning curve to Brightpearl as there are many different functions. In some instances one function (such as updating inventory) may have multiple ways it can be updated. The help pages are great for determining what the best way, for your needs, to go about using this function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our most recent issue was a problem with price list in updating our inventory. This was resolved with the help of Brightpearl staff fairly quickly. This is one of the greatest benefits of Brightpearl is their support. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

Brightpearl have been great in helping us to understand how we can better our warehouse working systems, everything from online demonstrations, to advising us of what hardware to purchase and how we can use the new system to simplify our workload. We are looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months! We already use their main package and have done for several years so this is a great bolt on addition to our company!
