"How did we manage our stock before Brightpearl???"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We've been with Brightpearl (BP) for many years. Before BP we knew our stock very well, but being with BP took us to a whole new level. Having very accurate stock levels, as well as much more efficient ordering, leads to being able to offer a better customer service experience and helps boost turnover. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

Nothing negative springs to mind. Please do not go down the route of automating support. It is great to be able to actually speak to someone on the very rare occasions that one needs help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great ERP to run an ecommerce business"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I’ve been using Brightpearl ERP since the mid-2014 at my online store Alisa.ua. It’s a great SAAS ERP for e-commerce that literally changed everything about how we do things and significantly improved our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

"Great system for order and shipment handling!"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We use Brightpearl to handle our order and shipment process, and it does this very well. We use their Automation engine heavily to remove a lot of tasks that take humans a long time. We also had a really great Implementation Consultant Nicholas Woodley who made the transition to Brightpearl seamless and pain-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

There's not a lot to dislike. We primarily use the order and shipment management system, and it's very robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Until Brightpearl implementation our order process was highly manual. It was eating up a ton of time by humans when it should have been done by computer. Now that Brightpearl handles all those tasks we can use humans to do things humans should do. It will allow us so scale our online operations easily and with very little extra work load. "NOT JUST E COMMERCE"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The work flow makes perfect sense with clone sales orders from purchase orders. We have built 2 connecting API'S that work seamlessly and have given us electronic pod's with our drivers. Worth pointing out - we do not sell via any e commerce or website, we are direct distributor to end user companies, I have been in this industry for 40 years and BP works very very well in our space. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

"Perfect Omnichannel Management System"

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The easy ability to set up integrations with key channels easily such as Amazon and Shopify. We manage multiple channels and having a single platform to review all customer orders and transactions is a great resource. Of course, this is also great for inventory management. The platform can get quite messy and having integrations with a lot of channels means things can get complicated as not everything is set up the same way. This can be down to the way it is set up on the user end however and perhaps increased knowledge for complex setups would be good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I have been using Brightpearl for the past 10 years which is a sign I am a very happy customer. We find it very user friendly, convenient for the entire team to access data and work on relevant processes and we like the fact it is totally integrated so no systems issues. I don't have any dislikes. I have some feature requests which I have shared with Brightpearl and they are working on including batch traceability. I also would love fractional units of measurement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I like that we can make mass updates to product management by spreadsheet. This feature gives our company the flexibility to quickly update large amounts of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

The downside to using BrightPearl is not having the ability to export complete products lists. For example, season, supplier, category, and subcategory are items that don't export into the product list report. I have to filter and export multiple reports and merge to get a complete picture. Recommendations to others considering Brightpearl:

If you consider getting BrightPearl, make sure you have a checklist of what you need this system to achieve. I don't think that our company is using the system's full capabilities. This recommendation is more from the planning side, than the systems side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The only downside I've found is revenue reporting on products sold both in bundles and individual items. Revenue received on bundled products is not attributed to the individual product components so there is manual work involved to get to the figures required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
