Really liked the content briefs creation, but there is a scope of improving there as well as bringing in don't consistence in data across different dashboards. **What do you dislike about BrightEdge?** The tool lacks in advance recommendations like schema. Competitor tools like SEMrush are bringing in features a plenty at a fast pace, BrightEdge is so. The ability to track and assign tasks to team members and add annotations to tasks is invaluable. The onboarding and customer service is top-notch and the self-training tools are extremely useful. **What do you dislike about BrightEdge?** There are some technical improvements as a user I would recommend but luckily product suggestions are encouraged in the platform. When building a new site, being able to quickly learn if you're missing titles or descriptions is invaluable. So many times you are copy and pasting and mistakes can be made. Our bi weekly meetings are very helpful. The bright edge platform is easy to use and helps out a lot. **What do you dislike about BrightEdge?** Nothing I can think of.
