Scheduling and forecasting
I like about Bridgit Bench is the ability to easily manage project timelines and the resources assigned to a particular project. Having the ability to move resources between tasks in the Gantt chart is very useful for planning on finding potential problem areas and for shifting resources around.

Facilitated project planning and scheduling
The graphical presentation of project schedules and resource utilization plan is excellent. As I am able to view everything on one sheet with each color-coded to divide tasks, it is easy to pinpoint areas that might slow down and edit team members’ schedules.

So far this is a great solution for an Organization with siloed departments
For me, the best part of Bridgit Bench is that ALL of the information is housed in one place. Our previous system utilized several different softwares that did not "speak" to one another, and each department used different systems. So, finding and synching info across departments was unwieldy and often inaccurate
