The graphical presentation of project schedules and resource utilization plan is excellent. As I am able to view everything on one sheet with each color-coded to divide tasks, it is easy to pinpoint areas that might slow down and edit team members’ schedules. The reporting functionality appears to be quite basic. It is difficult for me to track how many hours were spent on work on each project compared to how many I planned to spend. For me, the best part of Bridgit Bench is that ALL of the information is housed in one place. Our previous system utilized several different softwares that did not "speak" to one another, and each department used different systems.
