## About Bricks Assets
Bricks Fixed Assets calculates and tracks Book, Tax, AMT, and State depreciation across multiple legal entities. The software supports Straight-Line (Full Month, Mid-Month), MACRS (Half-Year, Mid-Quarter), Section 179, Bonus Depreciation, and Canadian CCA methods. Users can view any asset's net book value as of any date and run reports for any period — not just year-end. Eight standard reports are included: Asset Register, Depreciation Detail, Depreciation Summary, Roll Forward, Journal Entry, Additions, Disposals, and Multi-Book Comparison. Reports export to Excel for GL integration. The software handles beginning balances from prior systems by locking existing accumulated depreciation as of the migration date. Multi-entity structures are supported, including Tenancy in Common (TIC) percentage allocation and entity-level GL account mapping. Data import accepts CSV files from Excel, Bloomberg BNA, Sage Fixed Assets, and other sources. Pricing is $50 per user per month with no per-asset fees or long-term contracts.
