Bandwidth usage is incredibly low and voice quality is the best. I feel like i 'm sitting at my desk in my office. No long-distance call charges and i 'm missing a single call. Give it a try, i can swear there' s no other product that is such as useful as x-lite and it' s very easy to implement and set up on final users. There' s no need for a physical desk phone, you can use it with headphones or any audio device you have. Don' t worry if you have low band with it still works. Been a user since 2010 and have no complaints about. You won' t regret **What do you dislike about Bria?** There is nothing i dont like about x-lite, maybe that not everyone in the world has it **Recommendations to others considering Bria:** Give it a try, i can swear there' s no other product that is such as useful as x-lite and it' s very easy to implement and set up on final users. Easy to access and use. Working effectively in slow network as well. **What do you dislike about Bria?** Customer support should be improve . Bria for Ubuntu is slow and UI is not as much as effective as compare to other platforms like Windows and Mac OS. **What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Available at cheap rates. Effective audio and video quality , very low call lag during intermittent network . Screen sharing feature is one of the most powerful factor as compare to other softphones. ### 3. It opens quickly and you can turn off the video as well (I don't use video for my job). It works great, I have really never had a problem with the program. **What do you dislike about Bria?** I would say the ONLY problem I have had and I can't say it's the program or my computer, is that once in a while it will just shut down and give an error message. Like I said, could be my computer or Windows or something else - otherwise it works great and it always opens right back up. **Recommendations to others considering Bria:** I would definitely recommend this over Skype or other programs I have used as VOIP online. It is VERY easy to use and has a lot of great features. **What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well this works MUCH better than Skype for my student classes and I like the way it drowns out background noise and that you can see right on your screen whether you are making noise or not. It's nice to know if there is some background interference. ### 4.
