## About Brault
Brault is a creative asset management platform based in New York. Founded to solve the tool fragmentation that creative teams face daily, Brault unifies file storage, AI-powered search, project planning, visual feedback, file delivery, and brand management in a single platform. The team builds for creative professionals who need DAM-grade capabilities without enterprise complexity or pricing. Core features include AI search that analyzes the actual content of images, videos, audio, and documents across 50+ file formats, so teams can find files by describing what is inside them rather than guessing filenames. Workspaces organize assets by client, project, or campaign beyond traditional folder structures. Boards provide Kanban-style project tracking with custom properties attached directly to files, replacing the need for a separate project management tool. Collaborative feedback lets reviewers leave in-context comments, annotations, and timestamped notes on any file type. BTransfer is Brault's built-in file transfer engine, supporting files up to 250 GB with branded transfer pages, password protection, and expiration controls. White-label branding applies across the entire application, shared links, and transfer pages. Granular access control operates at the workspace, folder, and file level. Brault replaces the 3-5 separate tools creative teams typically juggle: cloud storage for files, a project management app for status tracking, a file transfer service for deliveries, and a review tool for feedback. Instead of scattering work across Google Drive, Trello, WeTransfer, and email threads, teams run their entire creative workflow from one place. Self-serve plans start at $0/month (Free), with paid tiers at $3/month (Lite), $10/month (Pro), and $60/month (Growth). Storage costs approximately $12 per TB, compared to approximately $1,000 per TB for traditional enterprise DAM platforms. An Enterprise plan adds SSO, advanced governance, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees.

## Brault Reviews
 ### 1. Brault Unifies Storage, Search, and Collaboration in One Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Brault?**

What I like best about Brault is how it simplifies creative asset management without adding unnecessary complexity. The platform keeps files, feedback, version tracking, and collaboration organized in one place, making it much easier to manage projects and work efficiently with team members. The interface is intuitive, so new users can get started quickly without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Brault?**

Brault has been a positive experience overall, but I would like to see additional integrations with more third-party tools commonly used by creative and marketing teams. While the platform already covers most essential needs, expanded integrations would make it even easier to connect existing workflows and improve productivity.

**What problems is Brault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brault solves the challenge of managing and accessing large volumes of creative digital assets in a more efficient and organized way. Instead of spending time manually searching through folders or relying on file names, the platform uses AI-powered search to quickly surface the right content based on actual context and file content.

 ### 2. Intuitive Creative Asset Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mónica J. | Advertising and Branded Content Specialist en Yoigo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Brault?**

I like how easy it makes creative asset management without overcomplicating the workflow. It adds clear structure to file organization, version control, and collaboration, and it all feels intuitive from day one.

**What do you dislike about Brault?**

One thing Brault could improve is expanding its native integrations with other tools commonly used by creative and marketing teams. While the core platform works really well on its own, deeper integrations with platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, Figma, or project management tools would make workflows even more seamless.

**What problems is Brault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Brault, our creative workflow was fragmented across multiple tools: Notion for project documentation, Trello for task management, Google Drive for storage, WeTransfer for file sharing, and Frame.io for reviews and feedback. That setup added unnecessary complexity, left information scattered across platforms, and increased costs through multiple subscriptions.

Brault has helped us bring that entire workflow together in one centralized platform, making it much easier to keep everything organized in one place.

 ### 3. Easy File Organization and Sharing, Could Use More Customization

**What do you dislike about Brault?**

I haven't had any major problems with Brault. I think adding a few more customization options would make the platform even better, but it works well for my needs.

**What problems is Brault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brault helps solve the problem of keeping files organized and easy to access. It saves me time searching for documents, improves collaboration with my team, and keeps our projects running more smoothly.

 ### 4. Brault Makes File Organization and Collaboration Effortless

**What do you like best about Brault?**

The UX is flawless. I really like the AI search feature in Brault, which makes it super easy to find what I need instantly. The all-in-one capabilities are awesome—it combines the functionalities of platforms like DAMs (Air, Canto…), Google Drive, We Transfer, Frame Io, and Notion at a reasonable price. It's great to have everything in one place without needing any other platform. I can store, track, and share my files, and its user experience is very pleasant. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Brault?**

I'd like to be able to directly edit images within the platform.

**What problems is Brault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Brault to easily organize my creative assets, find files with AI search, share them like WeTransfer, and track version history—all in one place, without needing other platforms.

 ### 8. Brault Streamlines the Revenue Cycle and Speeds Up Reimbursements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naowna S. | Sales Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Brault?**

What stands out is how Brault simplifies the entire revenue cycle process. From coding to claims follow-up, everything feels well-managed and structured. Their team is experienced, and you can tell they understand the challenges healthcare providers face daily. It really helps cut down on billing errors and improves reimbursement timelines.

**What do you dislike about Brault?**

The service is solid overall, but onboarding can take a bit of time depending on the size of the organization. Also, more detailed reporting dashboards would make it even better.

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026
