**What do you like best about branco.ai?**

The Team Objectives tracker is exceptionally effective at translating high-level company OKRs into digestible, actionable targets. The UI makes it very easy to break a large strategic objective down into dated KPIs and Key Results (KRs). This chronological structure serves as a clear roadmap, helping us see exactly where we should be at any point in the quarter, instead of scrambling in the final two weeks to hit the goal.

**What do you dislike about branco.ai?**

Nothing to dislike! There are more features and enhancements to look forward to; however, I appreciate that they’re taking the time to understand real use cases so they can deliver those improvements effectively.

**What problems is branco.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps teams see how their day-to-day work ties back to broader objectives that support company growth. I also find the ability to track Skills against expected Competencies especially useful. On my team, education and continuous learning are steady priorities so we can keep pace with the constantly evolving GRC industry (skills). At the same time, when I’m hiring, I usually make decisions based on a range of soft skills (competencies).

**What do you like best about branco.ai?**

- I love the 1:1 live agenda features
- It does a great job helping folks learn how to better give feedback
- When everything is in Slack it keeps things simple on my end since I do almost everything else in Slack too
- Helps myself and the team focus on what's really important
- It's fully automated and saves a lot of time, no need for a lot of the other all hands reviews I did before

No dislikes yet, I just wish I had had it sooner

Getting alignment on my team is always a challenge, and this helps with that immensely.
People are expanding their career and growing their knowledge much more with Branco.
I'm spending less time on administration of feedback and tasks management.

**What do you like best about branco.ai?**

I really appreciate how Branco has automated the process of continuous feedback. It operates seamlessly in the background and sends notifications through Slack. Once set up, you can essentially forget about it and still receive highly insightful feedback about yourself or your team. All of this feedback is conveniently displayed in the dashboard, which makes one-on-one meetings much more productive and saves a significant amount of time. For employees, it’s helpful to map out your career path and gain a clear understanding of what steps are needed to reach the next level in your role, while managers benefit from having an accurate and transparent view of performance. Implementation was also extremely straightforward. I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about branco.ai?**

Up to this point, I haven't found anything about Branco that I dislike.

**What problems is branco.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Branco, I don't think there was a tool that enabled continuous feedback collection from employees and teams. While I've seen other platforms that promote 360 feedback, they typically fall into the pattern of being used only once every six months or each quarter, and participation is often employee-driven or optional. These solutions don't provide ongoing, around-the-clock data collection. Branco, on the other hand, operates seamlessly in the background, and because it integrates with Slack, responding to its questions feels completely natural and just part of the daily routine.

I can't even count how many unproductive 1-1s I've experienced as an employee, or how much time I've spent preparing for them as a founder. The most challenging aspect is always gathering meaningful feedback. With Branco, you quickly develop the habit, and the questions it asks are consistently relevant and aligned with company objectives. From there, Branco delivers data-rich team insights, ready-made career plans, executive coaching for employees, and clearly defined progression paths. The overall team is happier, my managers are saving hours each month, everyone is developing and learning, and we have a transparent view of what employees are working on. With Branco, everyone benefits.

I appreciate Branco.ai for providing a constant connection and ongoing conversation between manager and employee. Their manager feedback is valuable for our AI platform as it helps drive learning content and assists employees in learning and improving. I like their Slack integration, which works well for us. The initial setup was very easy.

Branco isn't connected to my HR platform, but I believe there is a fix for that coming soon!

This tool encourages you to provide feedback regularly, rather than saving it all up for one or two large sessions each year. Now, you can give feedback in smaller, more manageable portions over time.

Nothing - Maybe the only thing is that it won't let you off the hook easily to provide your input. So that is probably a good thing ;)
