What do you like best about Boyum IT?

Customer support, when they are answering the phone they are very helpful, however, they take too much time to get a solution for the problem and we found that we many cases and tickets we opened with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boyum IT?

Their products, May be their product are working for organizations outside the country Gulf area. They are providing solution with one langauge while we were in need to have it in 2 languages. As asked if it is doable before buying the product and the sales man said yes, we can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Boyum IT:

To study what is the business need in the country where they are selling their products, produmex took 3 years and then we wave it, after we drain a lot of money and time. Similar to Magnar we drop it as it is not covering Kuwait law. HR system should cover and includes all the modules that government required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boyum IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

They didn't solve my issue and no benefit from the 2 modules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boyum IT?

I like that it lets you customize SAP into a more user-friendly ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boyum IT?

I want to be able to affect more items on the line level. For example, turn an item green if it is in stock or red it is out of stock, but this is not supported yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Boyum IT:

Customers purchasing Boyum IT will need to have a little bit of computer savvy to understand the basics of how to use Boyum. The average user will not be able to go in-depth without this savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boyum IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

We created a new window that pulled data from the sales order for inspection, and when it is complete, sends the certificate to the customer. We have created a link to the shipping company so that inside sales can track shipments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boyum B1UP is very useful for customizations of SAP Business One"
