I also like that it allows for me to choose from different options for documents, based on the type of service I am contracting. It easily documents what all the customer needs to know. It also **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** It is sometimes glitchy in loading documents that have already been sent. I also think there should be a possible way to edit an already sent document. With the current set up, the old document has to be deleted, and an entire new one made in it's place. It'd take a couple of minutes but a minor inconvenience nonetheless. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** I would advise new sign request users to take full advantage of the options. There are multiple help ways to send and create documents for consumers -- regardless of what field or practice you are in. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are easily getting signed contracts electronically, so that customers do not have to sign up for services in person. This is very helpful, especially considering we are dealing with COVID-19. It is a nice, no-contact method hat's been great. I also see that it is helpful to be able to view my colleagues documents as well. It is helpful in the event that one of us is not here, we are all able to view customer documents to assist them as needed. ### 2. It helps my assistant with the flow, my client's can easily sign our agreement and not have to scan and print then send it back. Happy clients make for a happy business owner. I find that it is fairly priced as well, this is always a bonus when you are running a business. I am sure we will be.customers of Signrequest for a very long time. I enjoy the communication from Signrequest as well, I feel good that they check in to make sure everything is going well and me, as a consumer is satisfied with their product. I would highly recommend Sign request to anyone who needs people to sign documents on a regular basis, knowing that their documents are getting signed securly and safely just takes a bit of the pressure off knowing that Sign request has this all looked after. My client's like the ease of it because they don't need to scan our agreement then print and sign then scan back. It is worth every penny. It is very simple to use and was one of the best priced ones out there, doing exactly what it said it would do without frills. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** No real downsides that I have found so far and i've been using it for a while so there is nothing that I dislike per se - it does exactly what it is supposed to. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** Give it a shot for sure, it does exactly what it says it's going to do and once it was set up (which was super easy by the way) I don't think we've ever had to look at it again. After setting it up, it was handed over to a virtual assistant to manage and they have had minimal to do with it. All of it was integrated via Zapier and Active Campaign and works flawlessly. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that SignRequest solved was the signing of contracts without manual back and forth - all fully integrated into our onboarding so clients get an email with the contract as soon as they pay and then once it is signed they go straight to the next step. It is extremely handy! The fact that we can split up the signs into different types of teams makes it absolutely fantastic and flexible, it's super useful for splitting up documents that may need a one-off sign. It's integration with Zapier is probably one of it's best features, you can use it in automated workflows and it makes sending documents super easy. It also offers the ability to get "signatures" only, so that way, people cannot insert their name as a text and the signature looks more authentic. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** Not much, but I would say that the support is a bit difficult to contact as it's not got a defined telephone number and more of a ticketing system, but I rarely need to get in touch with them as the platform is super easy to use and their knowledge base covers a lot of different things. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** The youtube series on SignRequest covers most basic features, if their is anything more advance or more specific to our needs then I need to work with SignRequest.
