Bounda Reviews & Product Details

Bounda is an AI-powered employee handbook and HR compliance platform built for UK businesses. It audits existing handbooks and policies against current UK employment law, identifies gaps and non-compliant clauses, and produces a compliance score with specific recommendations. Users can generate individual policies or full handbooks aligned with UK legislation, including the April 2026 day-one employment rights and the unfair dismissal changes scheduled for January 2027. Legal change alerts notify users when new legislation or case law affects their published policies. Published handbooks are version-controlled and accessible to employees online. An included chatbot answers employee questions using only the content of the published handbook, with citations to the relevant sections. A REST API is available for developers who want to integrate compliance checks or the handbook chatbot into their own systems. Bounda is offered on monthly subscription plans from £49 to £249, each with a 7-day free trial.
