## About BOTWISE
BOTWISE speeds up access to distributed company knowledge from a single place, saving even 90% of time spent on searching and gathering information. It helps manage distributed knowledge in organizations, designed specifically for teams that work with large amounts of information, data and repetitive queries on a daily basis. The solution uses AI and natural language processing (NLP) to efficiently search through thousands of files and systems. **What do you like best about BOTWISE?**

The instant access of any document has been a life changing feature for us, as we deal in documents most of the time. Now without any hassle I can search the needed document with ease.

**What do you dislike about BOTWISE?**

The more the metric available on the dashboard the better may be they can start working on that part, apart from it I'm more than happy with the efficiency.

**What problems is BOTWISE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling so much of documents and search through them for a proper answer was hugely time taking proces for us previously but with the integration of botwise the whole process become much smoother and more efficient.

**What do you like best about BOTWISE?**

I didn't realize the need for stats of documents used by my team members until I saw them in Botwise. We have a quite high turnover rate in the team and we onboard new people all the time. Now I can see if they got familiar with particular documents, what are they looking for and how much time they spent and when on particular things.

**What do you dislike about BOTWISE?**

I could use much more insights on customer care agents usage and trends, maybe some kinds of reports that can be exported to PDFs so I can share them with my managers

**What problems is BOTWISE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a manager of the customer service team, I get a much better view of what my team knows, what documents they got familiar with, and which they haven't read. It helps me to maintain a high quality of service for my people.

**What do you like best about BOTWISE?**

Ease of the search - we get results grouped under documents and paragraphs so we can easily see what information relates to which documents and topics. Browsing through multiple search results matching the query is very effective.

**What do you dislike about BOTWISE?**

PDFs processing needs a bit of additional work. We don't get such nice results for queries related to documents in that format. Some additional integrations with our existing apps would be beneficial too.

**What problems is BOTWISE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 1500 documents in different formats. Our 35k+ agents use information from those documents while working with clients in the field - selling and supporting multiple clients' insurance products. Thanks to BOTWISE it will be possible for them to easily and quickly find answers in those documents saving a lot of our client's time and overall service quality.

**What do you like best about BOTWISE?**

I really like quick access to the information we have gathered in multiple places, BOTWISE helps to quickly find what I need without remembering where exactly it was located. The search inside the documents works really well!

**What do you dislike about BOTWISE?**

Configuring external integrations is not automatically done, it needs to be done with the support of the customer care team from BOTWISE but fortunately, it goes rather smooth.

**What problems is BOTWISE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve problems by helping our customers to help with their issues. It takes us now much less time to find the right information in our wast knowledge base and we limited the need for people to ask questions to the whole team on MS Teams all the time.

**What do you like best about BOTWISE?**

I really like adding new articles and not having to use the word and pdfs anymore. So far we had a knowledge base of hundreds of words and finding answers from them was really hard. We uploaded everything to Botwise and now we can find exactly what we want in most of the cases, instantly

**What do you dislike about BOTWISE?**

Not sure, maybe improved and more advanced copy-pasting possibility so we can easier move what we want into Botwise. Some kinds of auto-formatting of pdfs/presentations into articles.

**What problems is BOTWISE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with finding right answers from our docs on a shared drive and Botwise solved that problem at the same time, we didn't have to manually change all documents for a certain format

**What do you dislike about BOTWISE?**

Nothing in particular. BOTWISE seems to be dynamically developing and expanding its presence. They're on-target to be a global brand and help organisations struggling with problems caused by data silos worldwide.

**What problems is BOTWISE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works like magic if you're looking to organise data and find what is relevant to you from one location. No more need to open 100s of tabs and windows.
