Customization is very simple and easy, when compared to WATI it is very useful. **What do you dislike about Botsup?** Not really the tool is good but sometimes we are facing loading issues with the tool. Previously we were using WATI, but we were not facing any loading issues with that tool. **What problems is Botsup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we were using WATI and Tawk.to but we were not getting any predefined templates. In this Botsup, we can easily access all the templates and customization is also very easy. ### 2. Pretty simplistic approach to create a DIY bot and have all queries handled. **What do you dislike about Botsup?** Most of the processes like bot creation flow designing and execution are simple to do and can be implemented very easily but I am not sure whether API integration at all levels are possible. **What problems is Botsup solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Business, our basic need is to generate and capture leads; this platform has solved that for us. ### 5.
