Good pricing including a free plan! And a unique graphical interface where you can do literally everything whithout any need for coding. **What do you dislike about Botkit?** At some point it gets complicated and specialized. Learning recources online are very limited. Integration also isn't simple at all. **What problems is Botkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to build and customize your own bot with all the advanced features at your hand saving time and cost. ### 2. It was easy to use saving us time in connecting back to the client. **What do you dislike about Botkit?** Some of my colleagues found the interface not user friendly. The support to provide solution was slow and did hamper our time. Support needs to increase their response time. **What problems is Botkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer engagement round the clock. It is an essential process of our business to engage with the clients before and after training delivered to them and Botkit provided this solution. From the intial query about oru training program to feeback & support after the training the program; Botkit was useful. ### 3. Also, having a bot in place ensures people reaching out get a response in a timely manner. ### 4. I have used it to create multiple slack bots with integrations and each time it is easier and faster. The documentation is really good, and its easy to understand and enhance. **What do you dislike about Botkit?** I did find it difficult to get the list of people from slack but that is more of a slack issue vs botkit. **Recommendations to others considering Botkit:** Just jump in and start using it. The documentation is great and you can create fun things as well as work centric things.
