It doesn't support saas/web platform.
Documentation wise its good but it doesn't have extensive webinars and online videos available like with others like Azure IOT.
Its customer support is limited to business hours and not 24/7 like we do have in some others.
With AWS / Azure you can get easy connections with their infrastructure services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
