Would NOT recommend BookedOut **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023 **What do you like best about BookedOut?** The thing I liked the best about BookedOut, was that many of the staff I worked with already had BookedOut accounts and were familiar with using the app. **What do you dislike about BookedOut?** BookedOut was extremely slow, had many glitches and issues, and caused lots of problems for the staff who used it on a daily basis. **What problems is BookedOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** BookedOut solved scheduling, training, and payroll problems for us..though it never actually worked properly. It ended up cuasing many problems for us as an agency. ### 2. When it is working successfully it is so smooth. **What do you dislike about BookedOut?** Customer support is really poor, and response times are horrible. **What problems is BookedOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** BookedOut allows our client to book their events and see their allocations. ### 3. It is great for event gigs and keeping track of your schedule. It has all of the important info right there in the app, so that I can easily be prepared for my next shift. **What do you dislike about BookedOut?** I do feel the app can be a bit buggy at times. It it not the most responsive, as it will spin sometimes before taking me to an area I've clicked on. Sometimes I will have to close the app and restart it to get it to work right, which can be inconvenient at times. **What problems is BookedOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that I can keep up with my schedule with this app and have all of the information for my events without a ton of paper to carry around. It also notifies me when there is an action needed on my part. ### 4. However, there are so many changes and upgrades that would make this better and easier for the user. **What do you dislike about BookedOut?** Picture upload is one of the things I would so appreciate if they fix. You can only upload one at a time. Please make a multi select and upload feature. **Recommendations to others considering BookedOut:** It is going in the right direction, but there are a lot of minor changes that could make this great. Like the upload of pictures. Editing of outfits based on events to avoid confusion. Alerts to check in and out of events. Things like this. **What problems is BookedOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything is centralized for the team. ### 5. Ability for users to apply for events, check status of bookings, and use gps enabled features to clock in & out. Users are able to see payment processing dates, payments earned. **What do you dislike about BookedOut?** When staff's schedules change & they try to clock in and out with the updated schedule at times it would not allow them to or the gps was not accurate & claimed the staff was out of the target area. The app does not update & a problem report has to be generated. **What problems is BookedOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminates customer service via phone & email as everything is handled through the app. Saves on labor costs.
